This page explains how the website handles enquiries, confirmation emails and analytics. It describes the current website implementation, rather than every company data-handling practice.
Details you provide
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, enquiry topic, message and any company or project location you provide are sent to the website server. BDA Crusher uses these details to handle your enquiry.
Enquiry and confirmation emails
The server sends your enquiry to BDA Crusher through its configured email provider. It also sends a confirmation to the address you enter. The confirmation contains your enquiry reference and selected topic, without repeating your project message. You are not subscribed to marketing messages.
Temporary processing
The server processes your details to prepare the emails. It keeps temporary submission results and hashed request identifiers in memory to limit repeated requests. Email copies are handled by BDA Crusher and the email providers under their respective practices; they do not disappear when you close this page.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand website usage, including page visits. Google's analytics service can use cookies and process information about your browser and interactions with the site. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Site resources
Fonts and images are served locally. The Google Analytics script is loaded from Google. Hosting and email providers may process operational logs needed to deliver and protect their services.
